Dreamcatcher

‘Once upon a time, I, Chuang-tzu, dreamt I was a butterfly, flittering hither and thither, to all intents and purposes a butterfly…suddenly I awoke… Now I do not know whether I was then a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am now a butterfly dreaming I am a man.’ – Chuang-tzu, Chinese philosopher.

Notes: I was playing around with the camera when I took a shot of a dreamcatcher hanging from the ceiling fan. The white balance was set for photos taken in the bright sun earlier in the day, this was indoors at night with the only the ceiling fan light. I liked the softness and coloring that the wrong white balance created, so I shot several more and left them ‘uncorrected’.
